Karyon
A career operations platform — the job search run as a system, with AI as the operator.
Karyon started as the system its builder runs on his own career: an operator that scans the open web for roles matching a real profile, reverse-engineers what each job description is actually asking for, and produces the tailored application — end to end, every day. That local system works. What’s in development and testing now is the multi-tenant product version. We publish the engineering as we go; the product’s full mechanics stay private until launch.
It does the digging
Role discovery across the open web, matched against a real profile — not keyword alerts.
It reads like a recruiter
Job descriptions are reverse-engineered for what they actually require, not what they list.
Judgment stays human
Human-in-the-loop by default: Karyon discovers, reads and tailors, but a person approves every application before anything is sent. Full autonomy is opt-in, never the default.
Karyon is in active development, dogfooded on its builder’s own career. We publish the engineering as we go — the product’s full mechanics stay private until launch.
