Six systems at different stages — dormant research, two working prototypes, restricted research, a design concept, and one built and validated system recruiting its first users. We label them honestly instead of calling everything “enterprise-ready.”

RESEARCH · DORMANT

The infrastructure layer of our research.

A local edge server — Dell T5610, 4 GPUs, ~37GB VRAM — that ran the full ACI stack with no cloud dependency — dormant since April 2026, preserved in full. Sovereignty here is a consequence of how the research is done, not a sales pitch. Packaging this as an appliance is under evaluation — talk to us if that interests you.

PROTOTYPE

A social intelligence engine we built to run our own distribution.

FastAPI + React + Celery, pipeline Scan → Analyze → Generate → Approve → Publish → Learn. ~70-75% complete, with real publishing integrations. Single-operator by design — built to run our own distribution, not to sell as a multi-tenant SaaS.

RESEARCH · RESTRICTED

Research into autonomous security assessment — governed, defensive-only.

Multi-agent orchestration for security validation: rules of engagement and concept of operations as first-class artifacts, deconfliction between agents, MITRE ATT&CK as a classification framework. Scored 7/8 on the XBOW benchmark (Hard L3) — the benchmark validates the orchestration layer, not an offering. Built on the open-source Decepticon agent framework (Apache 2.0, PurpleAILAB); the operator dashboard and the cryptographic governance layer are the lab’s own work.

Designed from field research inside a real commercial moving and logistics operation, built and validated end-to-end against demonstration data — a complete system, pre-production.

A career operations platform — the job search run as a system.

Born from the builder’s own job hunt: it scans the open web for roles that match a real profile, reverse-engineers what each job description actually asks, and builds the tailored application. Functional locally, in daily use; the multi-tenant SaaS is in active development.
